1. Booking Process

To book a skip, please complete our online form or contact us via phone. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm availability and provide you with a quote based on the type and size of skip selected, as well as the duration of hire.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your skip hire. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders and Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled drop-off may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must ensure that the delivery location is accessible and safe for our skip delivery team.
  • It is your responsibility to place the skip in an appropriate location, free from obstructions.
  • Ensure that the skip does not block public pathways or pose hazards to others.

5. Permitted and Prohibited Waste

5.1 Permitted Waste

You are allowed to dispose of:

  • General household waste
  • Garden waste
  • Construction and demolition debris
  • Non-hazardous commercial waste

5.2 Prohibited Waste

Strictly prohibited items include:

  • Chemicals and hazardous materials
  • Asbestos and similar substances
  • Batteries and electronic waste
  • Medical waste

Disposing of prohibited waste can result in fines and the immediate termination of your skip hire agreement.

6. Delivery and Collection

Our team will deliver the skip to the agreed location at the scheduled time. Please ensure clear access for delivery and collection. For any delays or changes in schedule, inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any damage to property arising from the placement of the skip, provided that our team has followed standard delivery procedures. It is recommended to inform us of any fragile or sensitive areas prior to delivery.

8. Insurance

While we carry public liability insurance, it is advisable for customers to have their own insurance cover for any potential damages or accidents that may occur during the hire period.

9. Duration of Hire

The standard hire period is 7 days. Extensions can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

10. Extensions and Upgrades

If you require an extension or wish to upgrade your skip size during the hire period, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional fees will apply based on the new requirements.

11. Waste Disposal

We are committed to environmentally responsible waste disposal. All collected waste is sorted and processed according to local regulations to minimize environmental impact.
